Night has fallen in Asia, the start of Yom Kippur, a day of atonement and repentance.

At this time, I hope for compassion, understanding and respect for all people, all races, all religions.

Ignorance, prejudice, falsehoods and hate are the Four Horseman.

Let us try talking, and committing to peace. The past is out of our control but we can control the future, our future.

We have tried violence; it just does not work
